Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

Print Your Label

Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside the box.

Pack and Ship

Securely pack your unused StoveGuard products in their original packaging to ensure they arrive back to us in perfect condition.

Receive Your Refund

After our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
